1) Reservation and Payment

To hold a reservation, an approved 25% payment of the total apartment cost is required !

The booking is confirmed only when we have received a confirmation that this amount has been payed and you have received a booking confirmation by email. From this moment we reserve the right to cancel the booking within 48h in unlikely case of a double booking.

As an inscent for the apartment and all its contents to be returned in the same condition as found at the check in, we ask for the security damage deposit in the amount of 200Eur. The security deposit will be refunded in full upon departure, provided no apartment items are damaged or missing.

Final cleaning fee in the amount of 25Eur is not included in the price of the apartment.

The remaining balance, including 75% of the apartment cost, final cleaning fee, and security deposit must be paid IN CASH upon arrival to the apartment.

2) Check-in/Check-Out

Check-in to the apartments starts from 14:00 hrs
Check-out from the apartments is until 10:00 hrs

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this is dependant upon previous/following bookings.
In order to do so, please make sure to inform us inform us about your arrival/departure details.

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by your host, shown to the apartment and handed two sets of keys..

3) Conduct

You're asked to use your apartment with care and respect, to leave the apartment in the same state of cleanness as you found it. To leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for us to clean in time for the other guests to enjoy it. Please clean the dishes you used and put all the furniture at their initial place. We'll handle linens and towels.

We ask our guests to act with courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment house guests. To keep the noise within reasonable hours. We personally don't mind partying, but at most times we have children guests who need their sleep.

4) Precautions

Just to be sure, it is recommended to travel with travel insurance.
Make sure you've brought all the urgent essentals you might need during your stay, such as a sufficient medical supply for chronical conditions.

5) Cancellation and Changes

For cancellation notification of 60 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the reservation deposit will be refunded to the client.

For cancellation notification of 30 to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period, 25% of the reservation deposit will be refunded to the client.

For cancellation notification of 29 days and less before the beginning of the rental period, 0% of the reservation deposit will be refunded to the client. 

For cancellation notification during the stay (as of the time the client checked in), 0% of the total apartment cost will be refunded to the client. 

However... all our reservation deposits are transferable!
Since our goal is not to take your money without providing the service, If you absolutely CAN'T make it to the apartment you reserved you can proactively find a replacement for yourself and we'll transfer the reservation to a person of your choice. It must be of course, for the same apartments and the same period !
Just let us know and we'll make the switch, and hope to see You on another occasion.

Changes of the dates and apartments are considered as a new stay and the existing booking is therefore subject to the cancellation penalties.

In the event of unforeseen problems with the apartment you booked, we'll do our best to transfer the booking to the accomodation of the similar characteristics. If we are not successful, or if you should for an reasn not agree to the suggested alternative we will refund 100% of the amount you paid.

All cancellations or changes must be made via email at apartmentsanna@gmail.com.

6) Liabilities

You will be liable for any damage caused to the apartment or garden. The damage will be charged from the security deposit that guests leave with the owner upon their arrival. If at the departing checking of the apartment all is in a fine condition (as it usually is) security deposit will be returned to the guests in full.

We are not liable for any missplaced posessions of our guests. Once you accept the apartment keys upon arrival we will not be entering the apartment without your presence.

7) Privacy

We take our data protection obligations very seriously. We treat our guests personal information with the utmost respect and confidentiality and take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.
